We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide you with detailed information on how we handle your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of retrieval, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval.
This access data is evaluated exclusively to ensure a trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offering. This serves to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offering in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
2. Data Processing for Contract Execution and Contact
2.1 Data Processing for Contract Execution
For the purpose of contract execution (including inquiries and processing of any warranty and performance claims, as well as any statutory update obligations) in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we need these data for contract processing and cannot send the order without them. The specific data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
Further information on data processing, especially regarding disclosure to our service providers for order processing, payment, and shipping, can be found in the following sections of this privacy policy. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial law retention periods in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.
2.2 Customer Account
If you have given your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening the customer account and storing your data for future purchases on our website. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact details described in this privacy policy or via a designated function in the customer account. After deleting your customer account, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.
2.3 Contact
As part of customer communication, we collect personal data to process your inquiries pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if you voluntarily provide us with this data when contacting us (e.g., via contact form, live chat tool, or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require this data to process your inquiry. The specific data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. After fully processing your request, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.
3. Data Processing for Shipping Purposes
To fulfill the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. If you have any questions regarding our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the address specified in this privacy policy.
The same applies to data transfer to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they handle shipping for us (drop shipping). They are considered shipping service providers within the meaning of this privacy policy.
Data transfer to shipping service providers for shipping notifications
If you have given us your express consent during or after your order pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, we pass on your email address to the selected shipping service provider so that they can contact you before delivery for shipping notifications or coordination.
Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact details described in this privacy policy or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address provided below. After revocation, we delete the data provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

4. Data Processing for Payment Transactions
For the processing of payments in our online shop, we work with the following partners: technical service providers, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
4.1 Data Processing for Transaction Processing
Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who act on our behalf within the framework of order processing, or to the commissioned financial institutions or the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment. This serves the fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. In some cases, payment service providers collect the necessary data for processing the payment themselves, e.g., on their own website or through technical integration in the ordering process. The respective privacy policy of the payment service provider applies in this case.
If you have any questions regarding our payment processing partners and the basis of our cooperation with them, please contact the address specified in this privacy policy.
4.2 Data Processing for Fraud Prevention and Optimization of Payment Processes
If necessary, we provide our service providers with additional data, which they use together with the data necessary for processing payments as our processors for fraud prevention and to optimize our payment processes (e.g., invoicing, handling disputed payments, supporting accounting). This serves to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests in fraud prevention or efficient payment management in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact details described below or via a designated link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we delete your email address from the recipient list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

For non-essential functions, the storage of information on your device or access to information already stored on your device requires your consent. This is done based on an overriding legitimate interest in an optimized presentation of our offering pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Additionally, we use technologies to fulfill legal obligations that we are subject to (e.g., to be able to prove consent to the processing of your personal data) as well as for web analysis and online marketing. 7. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
We use the following cookies and other technologies from third-party providers on our website. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, this is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. After the purpose ceases to exist and we stop using the respective technology, the data collected in this context will be deleted. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Use of Google Services
We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information about your use of our website automatically collected by Google’s technologies is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and stored there. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out based on an agreement between joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR. Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy notices.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and the EEA, for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection by decision.
Our service providers are located and/or use servers in countries outside the EU and the EEA. No adequacy decision by the European Commission exists for these countries. Our cooperation with them is based on the European Commission’s standard data protection clauses.
Google Analytics
For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website) is automatically collected and stored with Google Analytics, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. If you visit our website from the EU, your IP address will be stored on a server located in the EU to derive location data and then immediately deleted before traffic is forwarded for further processing on Google’s other servers. Data processing is based on an agreement with Google on order processing.
To optimize the marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for “Google Products and Services.” This allows Google to access and use data collected and processed by Google Analytics to improve Google’s services. Data sharing with Google under these settings is based on an additional agreement between joint controllers. We have no influence over the subsequent data processing by Google.
Google Ads
For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website. This allows interest-based advertising through the automatic collection and processing of data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website) and through a pseudonymous cookie ID based on the pages you have visited. Further data processing only occurs if you have enabled the “personalized advertising” setting in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing.
For website analysis and event tracking, we measure your subsequent usage behavior via Google Ads Conversion Tracking when you arrive on our website through a Google Ads advertisement. Cookies may be used for this, and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website based on predefined events such as visiting a webpage or signing up for a newsletter) may be collected, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms.
