Orders

I haven't received an order confirmation.

We send order confirmations to the email address provided during checkout. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to be sent.

If you still haven't received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service. We can check if your order has been received in our system. If it has, we'll gladly resend your order confirmation. If your order hasn't been recorded, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

What happens if I provide incorrect information (address, name, etc.)?

If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, such as a wrong address or email address, please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee a timely change as our warehouse processes and prepares orders for shipment very quickly. The sooner you contact us, the better. If a change is successful, the shipping time may be delayed. Any additional costs, such as for a return due to an incorrect address, will be your responsibility. This also applies if we are unable to make the change in time.

 

Can I modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we can offer to cancel the order so that you can place a corrected order. Please contact our customer service via our contact form.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it. If the order has already been processed, you will need to accept it and return it to us.

How can I place a corporate order?

Currently, we do not accept corporate orders. We are working to make this possible in the future.

What should I do if my package and products are damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if products in your order are defective or damaged upon arrival. Document the damaged goods and packaging with photos and send them to us. Once we have received and reviewed the photos, we will offer you the best possible solution for your claim. Please do not return the products to us unless we have asked you to do so.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

Please compare your order confirmation with the items you received to ensure you have received everything correctly. If something is wrong, please contact us through our contact form and, if possible, send us photos of the incorrect items. Please also provide the name of the missing item.

What is the delivery Time?

Our delivery time is 1-4 business days from the shipping date. We strive to ship your products the day after you place your order. Please note that delivery times may sometimes take 1-2 business days longer due to high order volume at the shipping company or in our warehouse.

IMPORTANT: Due to the high order volume of our suppliers, orders that cannot be delivered to the specified delivery address will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

 

I haven't received my package within the specified delivery time

If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please first check that all your information was correct. You can find the address information stored in our system in your order confirmation. Please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you offer express delivery?

We do not offer express delivery.

How can I track my shipment?

Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all the information you need to track your package. This allows you to track the location of your package at any time and get an approximate delivery date. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us through our contact form.

Can I return my order?

Yes, for products purchased through our shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please take a look at our Return Policy section.

er products, this will be handled as a regular return. The item you want to return must be in its original packaging and condition. We will refund you the money as soon as we receive the item. The refund will be made to the account used for the purchase. You can place a new order on our website.

What payment options can I use when ordering?
